GRAD NIGHT PARTY
RULES AND GUIDELINES
Rules and Guidelines
(Required by Grad Nights – our event planning company)
1. Graduates must be searched prior to the party before boarding a bus at Safeco Field.
2. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, or cell phones permitted
3. Every graduate must have completed and signed a Party Agreement
4. All attendees must obey the directions from event and venue staff
5. Graduates need to arrive to Grad Party venues via mass transportation, not individual cars (5 buses)
6. Graduates with a life threatening food allergy, will be allowed to carry an EpiPen with them at all times.
Liberty Senior Events -Additional Rules
1. Any graduate/attendee caught with alcohol or drugs will be removed from the party immediately.
2. No personal belongings are allowed, except preapproved medication or EpiPen.
3. Graduates may not be allowed to leave the party unless there is an illness or injury which requires medical assistance or care by a parent/guardian.
4. No entrance to the party by non-party attendees
5. Graduates must be picked up by someone else in the morning. They may NOT drive themselves home! This is to ensure they get home safe.
6. Party payments are non-refundable.
7. Seniors with life-threatening food allergies may turn in a sack with meals and snacks and check out items from this bag at the main chaperone station during the night.
8. Listen, follow directions and be respectful to venue staff and chaperones
9. Treat venue property with care and clean up after yourself
10. Use appropriate language and behavior
