GRAD NIGHT PARTY
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Parents and Seniors,
The PTSA Senior Events Committee has finalized details for the Grad Night Party! We are very excited with the venues, events, and entertainment included in the night. This promises to be a fun, safe, activity filled, and memorable experience for the Class of 2015!
MEETING TIME - Approximately 9:45pm
ATTENDEES – Liberty seniors that turned in payment and a Party Agreement
DEPARTURE LOCATION - Safeco Field. Buses will depart from Safeco at approximately 10:45pm
ATTIRE – Grad Party t-shirts will be distributed at Safeco and worn at party. Casual attire is encouraged. There will be physical activities throughout the night for which you will want to be comfortable. A family member should bring a duffle bag with extra clothing and shoes for senior, and use bag to carry graduation clothing and items home. Note – Seniors may not bring bags to graduation.
REGISTRATION STEPS – After graduation, family congratulations and photos, please follow these steps in order:
LEAVE ALL ITEMS WITH PARENTS/GUARDIANS - Graduates may not bring anything, including cell phones, with them to the party (other than pre-approved medication). Party chaperones will take pictures and provide graduates with a link to a photo website the following week.
MEDICATION - In the event you need to bring medication, please bring it in a labeled container, put it in a Ziploc bag and clearly write graduate's name and bus color with a Sharpie on the outside of the bag. Give medications to medical chaperone at registration table. EpiPens may be carried on graduate or collected by our medical chaperone at the registration table. Both medications and EpiPens will be forwarded to bus chaperones to hold throughout the night.
SECURITY CHECK - ALL graduates will go through a pat down at the security check location, prior to boarding their assigned bus. Officer Montalvo will be at the security location to determine if graduates suspected of drinking or using drugs should go home.
TRANSPORTATION - All graduates attending the party, MUST ride the charter bus to and from the party venues.
ENTERTAINMENT AND FOOD - The venues are packed with entertainment, prizes, activities and food!
ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY - In the event of a family emergency, please contact Grad Nights at 206-367-8000, and they will get in touch with chaperones at the party. In the event of illness or injury at the party, graduates will be allowed to use a chaperone's phone to call home. First aid kits will be located at the prize table and with Grad Nights event manager (wearing red).
PARTY RULES AND GUIDELINES – see attached Grad Party Rules and Guidelines
